Podcast almost here

Well, it’s finally happening.

I’m not exactly sure how this all started, but I do know it has taken a lot of people to get my happy self this far. The name Overachieving Shitshow came from my husband, but the push to actually build it into something bigger came from the women I’ve met over the past few years.

At first, I wanted to brand it so I could reach more people who might hire me to speak — because speaking to professionals about preventing burnout truly makes me the happiest. I love it. I love standing in a room full of ambitious women and reminding them they don’t have to destroy themselves to succeed.

But once I started putting myself out there on social media and wearing the Overachieving Shitshow label like a badge of honor, people started asking questions.

What’s next?
Is there a group?
Is there a podcast?
Do you have a YouTube channel?

So here I am. Putting myself out there and making it happen.

The plan is to feature a new guest in every episode. I will interview women who have looked burnout in the face and said, “Not today, bitch.” Women who have felt like quitting. Women who thought they couldn’t take on one more responsibility. Women who brushed themselves off and kept going — or who stood up and decided to become a new version of themselves. Less stressed. More grounded. More intentional.

This journey is about highlighting the resilience and the radiance of women who insist on doing great things while protecting their sanity.

It doesn’t matter what phase you’re in: balanced, stressed, burned out, or rebuilding. I’m here to normalize it.

I’m bringing in women who are authentically imperfect and willing to tell the truth about their lives.

The podcast drops this week, as soon as I can get my shit together.

Come join the shitshow.
